This is one of those experiences that restores our confidence that right property will come about at the right time and under the right circumstances. Justin and Kate came into the office eager (and pregnant!) into the maelstrom of the May 2013 market. They experienced a few attempts that, at the time, felt like big losses. But…they stuck it out, and finally capitalized on a brief down-tempo moment. They paid about 10% less for a home than all of us (including the Sellers and their agents) thought the property might sell for in a hot spring market. They were under-contract before the baby arrived, and were closed about a week after.
