Article from Inman News reporting that the FHA will continue to fund purchase transactions for recently “flipped” homes. More interesting to me is the number of buyers who are interested in purchasing such homes. In my experience, during the first couple years of the downturn, buyers were wary of flipped homes, didn’t want to pay for someone else’s “profit,” etc. That sentiment seems to be waning.
