Robo Signing Settlement / Foreclosure Relief?

Interesting article. But, it doesn’t discuss the impact of the settlement on foreclosure volume. While some homeowners will see relief, others may see an acceleration of their stalled out foreclosure process. That could negatively affect other homeowners if oversupply holds/pushes pricing down.
