Great house; better lot!

This was enjoyable to start, because one of the Buyers used to be my assistant. Ryan is now a successful recruiter; I really appreciated seeing what he has done with his career. Ryan and his wife Lily ended up with a fairly well-maintained, one-owner, mid-century home perched high above the street with a level back yard (and an MIL apartment below). From that yard, they see Lake Washington and The Cascades. If they ever build up (easier with mid-century than older homes) the views will be phenomenal. They got a great price due to the seller’s pricing strategy, lack of a key disclosure, and their own confident actions.
