Real Estate Market Update

I’ve highlighted what I consider to be the two key elements to determine market time and pricing. Note that we now have low inventory, price appreciation, and low (but rising) rates. There aren’t many people left who are still looking for the bottom. Those who were waiting for it are queued up and eager now to participate.
