The "Neighborhood Review" left years ago. Inspections done after Mutual Acceptance seem to fall off in every surge. Now, many eager Buyers who will be using financing to purchase are trying to closely approximate their cash-rich competitors. More and more, we are seeing Buyers step to the table with assurances to the Seller that a low appraisal will not be a problem. Interesting trend. Not always recommended, but…another indication of Seattle's incredibly tight supply / strong competition among Buyers.
